Q. How do we get to your office?
A. Visit our
contact page for maps and directions.
Q. What papers will we need to
bring when we meet with you for the first time to choose the right
insurance policies for our family or business?
A. Depending on the coverage you are
applying for this will vary. However you should definitely bring
copies of any current coverage documents that you have proof of
identification, proof of ownership, copies of appraisals and any
other papers that you think are relevant.
You are welcome to call us with any questions about this prior to
your appointment.
Q. How long will our initial
appointment take?
A. Again, this will depend on what
insurance coverage options you are pursuing. However, you should
expect to spend at least an hour at our first meeting to ensure that
things get done right.
Q. What is the timeline for
applying for, or adding to, our insurance policy?
A. Most coverage’s can be bound or
added the same day; however this can also vary depending on the
complexity of the coverage.
Q. How often should we review our
insurance coverage?
A. Insurance coverage should be
reviewed at a minimum of once a year. You should also consider
updating or revising your policy when your life circumstances or
possessions change. Examples of this might include opening a new
business, having a baby, foreign travel plans, or the purchase of a
new recreational vehicle.
